Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have a diagnosed autoimmune disease (such as lupus, vasculitis, scleroderma, or Sjögren's syndrome) that hasn't responded well to previous treatments
- Your organs are functioning well enough for the study (blood work and heart tests are normal)
- You have not had cancer in the past 5 years (with some exceptions for early-stage or skin cancers)
- You are not currently pregnant or nursing, and agree to avoid pregnancy for at least 1 year after treatment
