How Hall Crowns Affect Your Child's Bite

Who can take part

  • Your child must be in the mixed dentition stage (having both baby and adult teeth, with the first permanent molars touching when biting).
  • Your child must have at least two back baby teeth with cavities that need a crown.
  • Your child must be generally healthy and have no serious medical or psychological conditions.
  • Your child must be able to cooperate during dental treatment (no extreme fear).
  • A dentist must check that the tooth getting the crown has enough healthy structure and the right type of cavity.
