Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy (castration-resistant).
- Your PSMA PET/CT scan shows prostate cancer cells.
- You have tried at least one advanced hormone therapy (like enzalutamide or abiraterone).
- You have had one or two types of chemotherapy or cannot take them.
- You are generally active and well enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, bone marrow).
