Who can take part

  • You have advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy.
  • You have already tried at least one modern hormone therapy (like enzalutamide, apalutamide, darolutamide, or abiraterone).
  • Your testosterone level is very low (castrate level), either from surgery or ongoing hormone shots.
  • Depending on the group, you may have had one or two rounds of taxane chemotherapy, or you may not have had any for advanced disease.
  • Your cancer shows up as 'PSMA-positive' on a special PET scan, meaning the tumor cells have the target for this treatment.
  • You have good kidney and liver function, and your blood counts are within a certain range.
