Who can take part
- You have melanoma (stage II, III, or IV) that is either new or has come back
- Your doctor expects you to live at least 1 year
- You are scheduled to start treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors (alone or combined)
- If you are a woman: you are between 18 and 45 years old, still having periods (or with certain hormone levels in range)
- If you are a man: you are between 18 and 60 years old, with normal morning testosterone and other sex hormone levels
- You have not had your ovaries or testicles removed, pelvic radiation, or certain hormone treatments in the last 6 months
