Who can take part
- You have had surgery to remove your stage IIB, IIC, or III colon cancer within the past 4 to 12 weeks, and the surgery was complete (no cancer left behind).
- Your tumor must have a specific genetic feature called mismatch repair deficiency (dMMR) or high microsatellite instability (MSI-H).
- You are at least 18 years old and have a tissue sample from your surgery available for testing.
- You are generally well enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
- Your blood counts and kidney/liver function tests meet certain levels.
- You have not had any prior treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors or any cancer treatment before this surgery for your colon cancer.
