Who can take part
- You are between 30 and 40 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with bronchial asthma and your lung function test (FEV1) is below 80% of normal.
- Your asthma is not well-controlled (score less than 16 on the Asthma Control Test).
- You have moderate anxiety or depression (score of 11-15 on a hospital anxiety scale).
- You are able to understand and follow instructions and are not currently pregnant.
