  • Your baby was born before 29 weeks of pregnancy.
  • Your baby is in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Montreal Children’s Hospital.
  • You can speak French or English.
  • You plan to bring your baby to follow-up appointments at the hospital's neonatal clinic.
