Who can take part

  • Your baby was born before 29 weeks of pregnancy
  • Your baby was in a participating NICU in the Canadian Neonatal Network
  • Your baby is still alive and has not left Canada before the first checkup
  • Your baby does not have a major birth defect or chromosome problem beyond the effects of being born early
