This study tests a motor (movement) training program for very young infants at higher risk for cerebral palsy or who show early signs of it. The goal is to see whether training improves early movement and development during the first months of life.

Who can take part
- Be enrolled when your baby is 3 to 8 months corrected age
- Caregiver must be fluent in English
- Your baby must have brain/neurologic injury signs on imaging (MRI or ultrasound) around the time the baby would be full-term
- Baby must have early movement differences: either absent fidgety movements or a low score on an infant movement test
- Baby cannot have medical problems that stop active participation (for example, needing oxygen)
- Baby must not have major vision trouble, like not being able to track a moving object side-to-side
