Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 25
- Your cholesterol levels are not too high (below 8 mmol/L) and your triglycerides are below 3 mmol/L
- Your blood sugar is normal (below 7 mmol/L)
- Your blood pressure is under 160/100 mmHg
- Your weight has been stable (no more than a 3 kg change) in the last three months
- You are willing to stop donating blood for several weeks before and after the study
- You do not smoke, have diabetes, or have had major stomach surgery
- You do not take medications for blood pressure, cholesterol, or blood sugar
