  • You can read, understand, and sign an informed consent form
  • You are 18 to 65 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 19 and 35
  • Your weight has been stable for the past 3 months
  • You do not have liver, metabolism, or heart-related conditions, and you are not taking relevant medicines that affect these
  • You have not had a notably altered diet in the past 3 months (like high-fat/low-carb), and you are not a current smoker
