- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 32 (for single-dose part) or between 21 and 35 (for multiple-dose part), and you weigh more than 50 kg.
- You are in good general health, with no major medical conditions.
- Your LDL ('bad') cholesterol is above 1.8 mmol/L for single-dose or above 2.6 mmol/L for multiple-dose part.
- Your weight has been stable (within 5%) for the past 3 months.
- You agree to use effective contraception or are not able to become pregnant.
