Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- Your stroke happened at least 3 months ago.
- You live in Nova Scotia, Canada.
- You can walk at least 10 meters (about 33 feet) with or without a cane, walker, or help from another person.
- You can follow simple three-step instructions (like 'sit, touch your nose, then raise your arm').
- You have a stable internet connection for online classes.
