Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs) if male or 45 kg (99 lbs) if female, with a BMI between 19 and 32.
- You have chronic liver disease (like from hepatitis or alcohol) that is stable, OR you have normal liver function.
- You agree to use birth control for 8 weeks after the last dose if you could become pregnant or get someone pregnant.
- You do not have serious heart problems, pancreatitis, or a history of certain thyroid cancers.
