Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have glioblastoma (a type of brain tumor) that has continued to grow or returned after previous treatments
  • You are able to do daily activities with some help (Karnofsky score 60% or more)
  • You finished your last cancer treatment (like radiation or chemotherapy) at least 4 weeks ago, and side effects from that treatment are mostly gone
  • You can have an MRI scan with contrast dye
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable levels
