Immune cell therapy for hard-to-treat grade 4 brain tumors

Who can take part

  • You have a grade 4 malignant brain tumor (called a glioma) in a key area of the brain.
  • Standard treatments like surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy have not worked, or you can't have them.
  • You are at least 4 years old and can take care of most daily activities (KPS score of 70 or higher).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within safe limits.
  • You are not pregnant, and you agree to use birth control if you are of childbearing age.
  • You are not taking steroids or other immune-suppressing drugs, and you have not had immune cell therapy before.
