Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You have advanced liver cancer (Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage C or stage B that cannot be treated with surgery or local treatments).
- Your cancer is confirmed by imaging, biopsy, or cell analysis.
- You have not had any prior systemic therapy (treatment that travels through your bloodstream) for liver cancer.

- Your blood counts and organ function meet specific lab requirements (like enough white blood cells, platelets, and healthy liver and kidney function).
- You are willing to provide a sample of your tumor tissue (either from a past biopsy or a new one) and blood samples.
- You do not have active autoimmune disease needing strong immune-suppressing drugs, active serious infection, or uncontrolled hepatitis B or C.
- You do not have cancer that has spread to the brain and is causing symptoms.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
