Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have advanced liver cancer (HCC) that cannot be surgically removed.
  • You have not had any prior cancer treatment that goes through the whole body (like chemotherapy or targeted therapy).
  • Your liver function is fairly good (Child-Pugh score 5-7) and you are active enough to care for yourself (ECOG 0-1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
