Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your cancer has a specific change in the BRAF gene (BRAF V600E), found by a tissue biopsy or a blood test (ctDNA).
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one previous treatment, such as FOLFOX/XELOX with or without bevacizumab, or FOLFOXIRI with or without bevacizumab.
- You have not had irinotecan stop working for you before (your cancer did not get worse while on it or within 3 months after stopping).
- You are in good overall health (able to care for yourself, with normal blood, kidney, and liver function).
