Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have been diagnosed with ANCA-associated vasculitis (a condition where your immune system attacks blood vessels).
- You also have interstitial lung disease (lung scarring or inflammation found on a CT scan within the last year).
- You do not have other rheumatic diseases like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or dermatomyositis.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
- You are willing to follow the study procedures and attend all visits.
