Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with MS by a neurologist using the McDonald criteria.
  • You have mild to moderate disability (EDSS score 5 or less), meaning you can walk without aid.
  • You have no major thinking or memory problems (MMSE score 24 or higher).
  • You have not had a relapse or used corticosteroids in the last 3 months.
  • You have no other neurological disorders or conditions affecting your arms or trunk.
