Who can take part

  • You have relapsing-remitting MS (RRMS)—the most common type where symptoms come and go
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • Your MS disability level is mild to moderate (EDSS score 0.5–4.5, meaning you can walk but may have some limitations)
  • Your cognitive function is near normal (Mini-Mental State score of 24 or higher)
  • You have not received corticosteroid injections or infusions in the past 4 weeks
  • You have not had surgery on your lower back, spine, hips, or belly area
