Who can take part
- You have advanced or spreading bile duct or gallbladder cancer that can't be removed with surgery.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You have not had chemotherapy or other cancer treatment for this advanced cancer yet.
- You do not have severe allergies to the study drugs or to common chemotherapy drugs like gemcitabine, cisplatin, oxaliplatin, or capecitabine.
- You have not had another type of cancer in the last 5 years, and you have not had major bleeding in the last 3 months.
