New drug combo for advanced bile duct cancer

Who can take part

  • You have bile duct cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You have not had any previous treatment for advanced bile duct cancer (like chemotherapy or targeted therapy).
  • You are not allergic to any of the study drugs or their ingredients.
  • You have not had another type of cancer in the last 5 years (except for some skin cancers).
  • You have not had serious bleeding in the last 3 months.
