Who can take part
- You are either on semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy) for at least 4 weeks or have never taken it.
- If you take semaglutide, you must stop it 1 week before the endoscopy (last dose 8-14 days before).
- You are 18 or older, and in good physical health (ASA class I or II).
- You have no hiatal hernia or prior stomach surgery (like gastric bypass).
- You are not pregnant.
- You will fast for at least 8 hours and drink no water for 4 hours before the procedure.
