CAR T cells targeting CD318 for pancreatic cancer
Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.
This trial tests a new kind of immune treatment called CAR T cells that target a protein (CD318) found on some pancreatic cancer cells. It's for people with advanced pancreatic cancer whose disease has worsened after standard treatment.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread or cannot be removed
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one standard treatment
- Your tumor has a specific protein called CD318 (confirmed by a lab test)
- You are generally active and able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0 or 1)
- Your liver, kidneys, and blood cell counts are in good enough shape

This study tests a new treatment called CAR T cells that target a protein called mesothelin found on certain cancer cells. The CAR T cells are made from your own immune cells and may help shrink tumors that have not responded to other therapies.
This trial tests a new type of cell therapy (CAR-T) that targets two markers on pancreatic cancer cells. It's for people with advanced pancreatic cancer who have already tried standard chemotherapy.
This trial tests a customized immune-cell treatment (CAR-T) for advanced stomach or pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It aims to use cells engineered to target a specific tumor marker to shrink cancer or slow its growth.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy called CAR-NK cells that target two proteins (MSLN and MUC1) often found on pancreatic cancer cells. It is for people whose cancer has spread or cannot be removed, and who have already tried at least one standard treatment.
This trial tests specially engineered immune cells (CAR-NK cells) designed to find and attack pancreatic cancer cells. The cells target specific proteins on cancer cells and may help people whose cancer has progressed despite prior treatment.
This trial tests a new treatment using immune cells (CAR-NK cells) to fight pancreatic cancer that has spread or come back. It may be an option if standard treatments have stopped working, were not tolerated, or were refused.
