CAR-NK cells for advanced pancreatic cancer

Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)Unresectable Locally AdvancedMetastatic Disease

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.

This trial tests specially engineered immune cells (CAR-NK cells) designed to find and attack pancreatic cancer cells. The cells target specific proteins on cancer cells and may help people whose cancer has progressed despite prior treatment.

CAR-NK cell therapy for advanced pancreatic cancer

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy called CAR-NK cells that target two proteins (MSLN and MUC1) often found on pancreatic cancer cells. It is for people whose cancer has spread or cannot be removed, and who have already tried at least one standard treatment.

Personalized donor cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a personalized cell therapy (CAR-NK) using donor immune cells that are engineered to find and attack one or two markers on advanced solid tumors. It may be an option for people whose tumors have these specific markers and have exhausted other treatments.
