Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Confirmed pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (pancreatic cancer) that cannot be surgically removed or has spread
- Cancer that has grown despite at least one prior chemotherapy treatment, or you are unable to receive standard chemotherapy
- At least one measurable tumor on imaging scans
- Tumor must express specific proteins (MSLN, MUC1, or CLDN18.2) detectable by a special tissue test
- Good overall health status and adequate organ function (blood counts, liver, kidney)
