Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with a blocked tear duct and a small tear sac (less than 3 mm wide).
  • You have not had any prior tear duct or nose surgery.
  • You have no known allergies to the drug 5-FU, contrast dye, or similar substances.
  • You do not have serious health problems like diabetes, cancer, severe sinusitis, or certain immune conditions.
