  • You are between 5 and 20 years old
  • You have a physical deformity of the ear that needs surgical repair
  • You are healthy enough to have surgery with general anesthesia
  • Your parent or legal guardian agrees to let you be in the study, and you agree if old enough
  • You can speak and understand English or Spanish well enough to fill out surveys
