Who can take part
- You must have been diagnosed with a mood or anxiety disorder (like depression, bipolar disorder, or panic disorder).
- You need to be comfortable speaking and understanding English, since therapy sessions will be in English.
- You must be scheduled to start therapy at one of the clinics or hospitals that is part of this study.
- Your score on a mental health questionnaire (called the RCADS) must be above 65 to show that you have significant symptoms.
- You cannot have certain other conditions that would make it hard to use teletherapy, such as severe autism, intellectual disability, active psychosis, substance use problems, or immediate suicide risk.
