Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have two or more of these conditions: high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, stroke, heart disease, high cholesterol, or obesity.
  • You have a smartphone, tablet, or computer with WeChat installed and internet access.
  • You do not have any major health problems that make exercise unsafe (like severe joint issues, serious heart problems, or nerve injuries).
  • You have not been diagnosed with a psychiatric (mental health) condition.
  • You do not have significant memory problems or trouble hearing, seeing, or speaking Mandarin.
