Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and willing to sign a consent form.
- You must have advanced biliary tract cancer that cannot be removed by surgery and has spread to no more than 2 organs.
- Your cancer must have progressed or you were unable to tolerate at least one month of standard first-line therapy.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan.
- You must be in good general health (ECOG performance status 0-1) and expected to live at least 3 more months.
- If you have hepatitis B or C, your virus levels must be under control and you must be on antiviral treatment.
