Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You had chest pain lasting more than 30 minutes, and it started within the last 12 hours.
  • Your ECG shows specific signs of a major heart attack (ST elevation in certain leads).
  • Doctors expect that opening the blocked artery with a wire won't be possible within 2 hours after your diagnosis.
  • You agree to take part and sign a consent form.
