Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have triple-negative breast cancer that has spread or come back, and you have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You have already received first-line chemotherapy plus a PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor for advanced disease and had a complete or partial response, or stable disease for at least 3 months.
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood cell counts are within a certain range (your doctor will check).
  • Your heart function is good (normal ejection fraction and a normal ECG).
  • You are willing to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant, and have a negative pregnancy test before starting.
