Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body or come back in a different area after treatment.
- You have already received immunotherapy (immune checkpoint inhibitor) in the past, either as part of your initial treatment or for advanced disease.
- You have at least 2 tumors that can be measured on scans, that are not in the bone or liver. One of these will be treated with radiation, and the other will not, to see if the immune system attacks both.
- Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1), meaning you can take care of yourself and are not bedridden.
- You do not have active brain metastases, an autoimmune disease requiring systemic treatment, or a serious infection.
