  • You have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder by a doctor
  • You are between 35 and 60 years old
  • You have not had neck disc problems that could cause shoulder pain
  • You have not done physical therapy for your arm or shoulder in the last 6 months
  • You have never had shoulder surgery
  • You do not have a history of nerve or brain conditions, and you do not have diabetes
