Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder by a doctor.
  • You are between 35 and 60 years old.
  • You do not have a pinched nerve in your neck (cervical disc herniation) that could affect your shoulder.
  • You have not done any physical therapy for your shoulder or arm in the last 6 months.
  • You have not had shoulder surgery, any nerve problems, or diabetes.
