Who can take part

  • You are between 11 and 18 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (a curve in the spine that started in your teen years)
  • Your spine curve is moderate (between 25 and 45 degrees on an x-ray)
  • Your weight and height give you a body mass index (BMI) between 20 and 25
  • You can walk normally without help
