This trial tests whether adding virtual reality (VR) to your regular pulmonary rehabilitation can help improve your muscle function, exercise tolerance, and shortness of breath. You would experience both standard rehab and rehab with VR, in a random order, to see which works better for you.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have a chronic lung condition that requires pulmonary rehabilitation (like COPD, asthma, or pulmonary fibrosis)
  • You sometimes feel short of breath (even a little)
  • You are currently doing pulmonary rehabilitation at Paris Saint-Joseph Hospital
  • You speak French and have health insurance
  • You do NOT have a history of seizures, severe motion sickness, inner ear problems, or serious vision issues
