Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have a chronic lung condition that requires pulmonary rehabilitation (like COPD, asthma, or pulmonary fibrosis)
- You sometimes feel short of breath (even a little)
- You are currently doing pulmonary rehabilitation at Paris Saint-Joseph Hospital
- You speak French and have health insurance
- You do NOT have a history of seizures, severe motion sickness, inner ear problems, or serious vision issues
