Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are currently on a waiting list for outpatient psychotherapy.
  • You have internet access and can use a device to access the program.
  • You have sufficient German language skills to understand the materials.
  • You have symptoms of depression, anxiety, or panic that are moderate or higher (scoring 10 or above on a standard questionnaire).
  • You do not have immediate thoughts of harming yourself and are not currently in therapy or starting therapy within 2 weeks of joining.
