Who can take part
- You are 18 or older (or you are a child/teen with ALL ages >3 to <18, depending on the group).
- Your cancer is CD19-positive ALL, CLL, DLBCL, FL, or MCL, confirmed by lab testing (cytology and flow cytometry).
- Your disease is relapsed or refractory (including “molecular relapse” measured as MRD above the study’s threshold twice).
- You have measurable cancer/MRD at enrollment and enough time to benefit (life expectancy at least 12 weeks).
- You can safely undergo treatment based on your body function tests (kidneys, liver, lungs, heart, and blood counts).
- You are able and willing to follow pregnancy prevention rules (contraception for one year after CAR T), and you can give informed consent.
