Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with moderate or severe obstructive sleep apnea.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You are not currently using CPAP, BiPAP, or an oral appliance, or you stopped using them at least 3 months ago.
  • You are not taking sedatives, sleeping pills, or other medications that affect your sleep or nervous system.
  • You generally have a stable heart and lung condition and no major neck surgery or injury.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or working night shifts.
