Safety study of VNT-101 in healthy adults

This first-in-human study tests the safety of a new medicine called VNT-101. Healthy adults aged 18 to 59 who do not smoke and have no major health problems may be able to join. The goal is to see how the body handles the drug and if it is safe.

Who can take part

  • You are a healthy adult between 18 and 59 years old.
  • You have not smoked or used nicotine, tobacco, cannabis, or CBD products for at least 3 months (tobacco) or 60 days (cannabis).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 30.
  • You have no major medical conditions, including heart disease, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol.
  • Women must be unable to become pregnant (surgically sterilized or post-menopausal for at least 1 year). Men must use contraception or be sterilized.
  • You have not taken any prescription medications in the last 14 days, and no over-the-counter drugs (except occasional acetaminophen) in the last 7 days.
