Who can take part
- Age 18 to 75 years old
- Diagnosed with Waldenström Macroglobulinemia and have the MYD88 L265P gene change
- Have taken ibrutinib for at least 12 months, had a partial response, and are currently stable
- Had no severe side effects from ibrutinib (no grade 3 or higher reactions)
- Never had bendamustine plus rituximab (BR) therapy before
- Good overall health: able to care for yourself, acceptable blood counts, liver and kidney function
