Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old
- You have a subacute or chronic aortic arch dissection that needs treatment
- The anatomy of your aorta and the arteries in your neck must meet specific size and length criteria (the doctor will check this with imaging)
- You are considered high risk for open surgery, or you have important reasons why open surgery is not a good option
- You have not had prior surgery on your descending or abdominal aorta
- You do not have other serious conditions like Marfan syndrome, active infection, recent heart attack or stroke, severe heart failure, or significant bleeding or blood disorders
