Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have an aortic arch aneurysm or penetrating ulcer that needs treatment in the Z0 zone (near where the main artery leaves the heart).
- Your ascending aorta (the part of the aorta closest to the heart) is at least 50 mm long.
- The landing area for the stent in your aorta is between 25 and 45 mm wide and at least 30 mm long.
- Your arch vessels (innominate, left carotid, left subclavian arteries) are between 5 and 18 mm wide with at least 15 mm of healthy vessel beyond.
- You are considered high-risk for open surgery (EuroSCORE score of 6 or higher) or have a strong reason to avoid it.
