Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 19 and 49 years old.
  • You have lived in Jakarta for at least 6 months.
  • You are still menstruating (not yet menopausal).
  • You are from one of these ethnic groups: Minangkabau, Sundanese, Javanese, Betawi, or Chinese.
  • You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have a chronic disease like diabetes, heart disease, or cancer, and you are not on a special diet or medication that affects nutrition.
