- You are 18 or older and able to give consent.
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver, belly lining, or lymph nodes and can be biopsied.
- Your first line of treatment has stopped working, and you are about to start a new standard therapy.
- You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities) with adequate blood counts and organ function.
- If you could become pregnant, you must use highly effective birth control or abstain from sex for a period of time.
