- You have prostate cancer that has spread to at least 4 bones (with at least one outside your pelvis or spine) or to internal organs.
- You are newly diagnosed or your cancer came back after local treatment, and it still responds to hormone therapy.
- You have not had chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or certain advanced hormone drugs like apalutamide or enzalutamide before.
- You are able to start treatment with docetaxel, apalutamide, and hormone therapy as planned.
- You are in good general health (ECOG score 0-1), with adequate blood cell counts, liver and kidney function.
