Who can take part

  • Age 1 to under 24 years and weigh at least 10 kg
  • Diagnosis of rhabdomyosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, neuroblastoma, or Wilms tumor that has returned or not responded to standard treatment
  • Cancer is measurable or detectable on imaging
  • Cancer has not spread to the brain or spinal cord
  • Reasonably good physical function and organ health (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, blood counts)
  • No active infections or HIV
  • No prior stem cell transplant from a donor
  • Must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
